​Artysta: Pierre Mimaux (Francja).

​Stan techniczny (Defekty):

​Elektryka: Przewód w oplocie jest przetarty i posiada odsłonięte kable.

​Podstawa: Drobne wyszczerbienia na krawędziach marmuru i zarysowania powierzchni.

​Klosz: Przetarcia złotego paska dekoracyjnego.

Ptaki: Prawdopodobnie malowane złotą farbą przez poprzedniego właściciela.

​Pierre Mimaux był francuskim rzeźbiarzem okresu Art Déco, działającym głównie w latach 20. i 30. XX wieku. Choć nie jest tak masowo rozpoznawalny jak Chiparus, jego prace są bardzo cenione przez kolekcjonerów za:

​Dynamizm: Mimaux specjalizował się w rzeźbach animalistycznych, szczególnie ptaków (mew, jaskółek) i chartów. Doskonale potrafił oddać ruch, co widać w "rozpiętości" skrzydeł lampy.

​Szkoła francuska: Jego styl charakteryzuje się czystością linii i geometryzacją formy, co jest kwintesencją dojrzałego Art Déco.

​Wartość rynkowa: Przedmioty sygnowane jego nazwiskiem regularnie pojawiają się w europejskich domach aukcyjnych.
