Vintage technical wall plaque / display with a detailed cross-section drawing of the Gewehr G3 (CETME), caliber 7.62 × 51 mm, produced as a so-called Waffentafel.
The plaque: Soldat und Technik – Heft 11 (1959) and shows a very extensive technical illustration with a numbered parts list. Such plaques were used for technical explanation, presentations, trade shows or training purposes, and were intended to visually convey the operation and construction of the weapon.
Made on cardboard and equipped with a simple mounting.
