Cigarette box - Silver, Glaze - Silver and enamel

A small and delicate cigarette case. It is made of silver, the interior is gilded and bears the crescent and crown silver mark, as well as others. The lid is adorned with white enamel/mother-of-pearl with floral ornaments and high-quality hand-painted details. The locking mechanism works well. Origin: Germany, mid/late 19th century. Silversmith Georg Adam Scheid (G A S).
It has a small dent in the upper left corner. A piece of fine workmanship and high artisanal craftsmanship, a rather rare item.

The item is in fair condition. No restorations or modifications have been made.
