Description from the seller
Wimbledon. 2015
Between matches of the main tournament I walked along the magical Wimbledon paths winding between the courts and thinking about traditions and what keeps them alive. One of those are colors and costumes. I wanted to imajine what a spectator feels when stepping into this world. The stewards at the gates, in their hats and the tournament’s deep green - you can’t escape either here stand patiently under the sun that always returns even after fierce rain.
The artwork was later sold in various sizes to private collections, and found its place in the interiors of cafes and offices.
This is my first artwork that was sold.
This size 30-45 + 1cm border with sign (total 32-47cm), Limited print 4 of 10 (3 sold)
Photography on FineArt Photo Paper / museum quality for a high age resistance.
Protective shipping.
