Herman de Vries (1931) - Wit op wit

Herman de Vries is known for his white works from the sixties. I asked him to create an edition, returning to the sixties. He made this extremely white work: a sheet of sturdy white paper he signed with a white pencil. To emphasize the whiteness, the work is placed in a gold frame, and the background differs slightly from the white work, creating an almost meditative monochrome.
