Description from the seller
This lot features a japanese porcelain plate and two vases made in the same imari style, created most likely around second half of 19th century, hand-painted in the typically used traditional colours of vibrant red, blue and gold. The plate central motif is a floral arrangement placed in a vase, standing on a small table surrounded by flower paintings executed predominantly in orange, red and green accompanied by a stylised bird painting probably representing a swan. Its condition is good having a few irregularities from creation process and an apparent small repair on right side reverse (see the detailed photo with item backside). The plate comes with an incorporated metallic wire support destined for exhibiting it on a vertical surface safely.
Designed with vertical parallel striations , the vase is decorated with floral motifs, blossomed branches and red circular formations. Its condition is excellent without damages or restorations, only a few irregularities and small deposits on the base from creation process.
Created with a long narrow neck, the one flower vase is ornated in an almost identical palette with the other two items and very similar motifs. Item is in excellent condition, without damages or repairs.
Detailed photos are part of the description and can be used as an accurate reference.
