Chess set - Marble

Luxurious chess set with a chessboard and pieces made from natural stone, probably crafted from onyx and marble. Characteristic of a set like this are the hand-carved chess pieces and a matching chessboard. The pieces and board are stored in a velvet-lined luxury case. Each piece has its own recess, ensuring safe storage of the pieces. The stones have natural variation in color and pattern, making each board unique.

The pieces and board are in good condition. The chessboard measures 30 x 30 cm [12 inches], while the case is approximately 33 x 33 cm in width and length. The whole weighs about 5½ kilograms and will be shipped with track & trace via PostNL.
