Pair of silver candlesticks in neo-rococco or Victorian style. Decorative set. The bobeches are removable. Hallmark: 13 for 13 lötig silver = 812,5/1000 = 81,5 % pure silver. (both on candlestick and bobeche) and star (makersmark ?) Marks stuck on bobeches and on candles as well (see photograhps) Probably made in Austria - Hungary around A.D.1875. ( 13 lötig silver was made in Eastern Eurepean country's) Weight: 850 and 837 gr. (candlesticks are filled with plaster to prevent the candles from falling out) Each candle has approximatly 200 grams silver. Dimensions: 33 cm. height x 12.5 cm. widt x 12,5 cm. deep.
