Vase - Capodimonte - Porcelain - Glass with lid

Capodimonte porcelain lidded vase produced in Italy between the late 1800s and early 1900s. Made of soft-paste porcelain and features distinctive elements common to Capodimonte manufacture of the 19th and early 20th century, with mythological scenes featuring putti (cherubs). Hand-painted with vivid colors and enriched with gilding in fine gold. The handles depict anthropomorphic heads or mythological creatures (such as satyrs or fauns). Usually rests on a square plinth base and decorated with classical motifs.

The height is about 40 cm, with a weight of over 2 kg.

Good condition with minimal signs of age and wear.
