Massief gouden ring, ontworpen door Enrico Manfrini.
Buitenzijde: driedelige voorstelling met Christus in het midden, geflankeerd door twee heiligen/apostelen (met aureolen en attributen), onder een Latijns kruis.
Binnenzijde: pauselijke tiara en de gekruiste sleutels van Sint-Pieter, boven het persoonlijke wapen van Paulus VI (familiewapen Montini: zes heuvels in 3-2-1-opstelling met daarboven drie fleur-de-lys).
Op de buitenzijde, zijkant van de scheen: signatuur “E. Manfrini”.
Binnenin: keurstempel “18 kt” en meesterteken “701 MI” (Emilio Senesi S.p.A., Milaan).

Dit betreft een uitzonderlijke uitvoering in 18 kt goud van de door paus Paulus VI geïntroduceerde conciliering. Vervaardigd en geschonken aan de bisschoppen die deelnamen aan het Tweede Vaticaans Concilie.
