Description from the seller

This is a vintage Coro Pegasus signature double-chain coin bracelet (late 1940s model), a historical figure commemorative coin themed bracelet from the long-established American accessories brand. It belongs to the brand's classic retro collectible accessories.

Brand and Era: Coro, a top-tier American fashion jewelry brand, emerged in the late 1940s (the golden age of the post-war era; the Pegasus logo + DES. PAT. PEND. was a hallmark of this period; DES. PAT. PEND. = Design Patent Pending, a common designation for new Coro products in the late 1940s). The Pegasus logo symbolized Coro's high-end/mainstream lines from the 1940s to the 1950s.

Identifications: The clasp and chain end are clearly engraved with Coro's signature, the Pegasus motif, and the DES. PAT. PEND. patent markings.

Material: Silver-plated alloy with a natural oxidation patina, presenting a vintage silver texture.

Style: Double-strand twisted rope chain + commemorative coin pendant; the clasp is the brand's signature D-shaped clasp, engraved with Coro and patent markings. DES. PAT. PEND.
Chain body: Utilizing alternating double-strand twisted rope chains and oval ring chains, the structure is robust and textured, reflecting the then-popular "heavyweight" bracelet design.
Total length approximately 19cm
