Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Side table dating from 1925–1935, made of oak in Art Deco style as Amsterdamse School, 66 cm high with a top of 58.5 × 37.5 cm, weighing about 6 kg, in good used condition with minor signs of age and spots.
Description from the seller
Side table, authentic Amsterdam School. The table is made of beautiful oak wood with a nice grain. It dates from the 1920s or 1930s. The little table is 66 cm high and the top measures 58.5 cm x 37.5 cm. The weight of the table is about 6 kg.
What is particularly beautiful about the table are the legs with a rounded bottom. This is a typical stylistic feature of Art Deco and more precisely: the Amsterdam School.
The table still looks good, with here and there some light rings on the top (see photos). This top is slightly warped by temperature influences, causing small gaps at the joints beneath the top (see photos). All of this is, however, hardly noticeable, and a very common phenomenon with furniture of this age.
Although the table is not a chic piece of furniture, it is a beautiful and solid piece of furniture, still 100% stable.
This side table fits in a modern interior but certainly also in a more classical setting. It is an ornament in any environment and certainly a conversation piece in good company!
This lovely side table will be carefully packed and insured for shipping.
