Baroque Monstrance - Silverplated - early 18th century

Precious Baroque monstrance in repoussé copper, silvered and gold-plated, entirely handmade. An 18th-century piece, about 47 cm tall. No part missing. The foot and base are reinforced by a wooden core. The base is adorned with two beautiful cherubs, cast in metal by lost-wax casting (probably bronze), entirely gilded with fire. High-quality mercurial gilding that has withstood the test of time. Some slight losses in the silvering. Observe the photos carefully.
Good condition with some signs of age. Some imperfections are not due to wear but are original, as this is a one-of-a-kind piece entirely handmade.
