Eight vintage Ceramiche R. Costa pieces from Bassano del Grappa, Veneto, Italy, dating to the 1960s–1970s, in ceramic with white and multicolour glaze and marine conchiglie motifs, in excellent condition.

I am selling 8 splendid and rare vintage pieces from the renowned manufacturer Ceramiche R. Costa of Bassano del Grappa, Italy.
This assortment of objects stands out for its original shapes, a sought-after design element that makes them perfect for collectors or for a table with a strong visual impact. The dishes feature the typical naturalistic design, with the comb-like grain and three shells in relief on the bottom dish.
1 Soup tureen: Naturalistic C-shaped swan form with an oval-opening lid (45 x 20 x 20 cm) in white and other variants with a precious design, featuring crazing and Costa mark 5245.
2 Plate, flat: Original round shell shape, raised comb-design, white ceramic (20 x 20 cm). Mark 1469 Costa.
2 Plate, bottom: Round shell shape, with a comb-raised edge and three colored shells atop the dish – as visible in the photo – (16 x 16 cm). Mark 1469 Costa.
1 Sauce pot: Round shape with raised design featuring colored shells and corals of various kinds on the top of the lid (diam. 14 cm). Mark 72349 Costa.
Features and Condition: excellent, never used
Manufacturer: Ceramiche R. Costa, Bassano del Grappa, Italy.
Estimated Era: 1960s – 1970s.
Mark: Present on the back of each piece, with additional hallmark stamps on the base characteristic of Bassano Ceramics;
1 Jar (Vasetto): Exagonal shape, raised design, turquoise ceramic (14 x 8 cm) with a detachable cap. Stamped mark.
1 Cup with saucer: White ceramic, octagonal shape with crazing and a green handle. Mark 70284 Made in Italy.
Conditions: Excellent vintage condition. Small nick on the back edge of the swan’s border (see photo). The glaze presents the natural velvety finish, typical and appreciated of this ceramic.
