Vase in cut overlay crystal (red outer layer on clear crystal), Val Saint Lambert, Belgium, unsigned in the mass but with original label.
Cylindrical, slightly flared shape, vertical broad rib cutting on the lower part, scalloped rim with arc cuts,marked transition with a prismatic cut ring.
Excellent condition except for a visible chip on the upper rim above the first cut ray (see photos), no cracks or structural impact, no other chips, nicks or deep scratches. Crystal clear and brilliant, deep and uniform red tint, no notable discoloration.
Provenance: private Belgian collection.
Dimensions: height 15.5 cm, maximum diameter 13 cm (at the rim).
