Set van twee decoratieve wandobjecten uit Indonesië, handgesneden uit hout en rijk beschilderd in traditionele Balinese stijl.

Het eerste object stelt een expressief mythologisch wezen in Barong-stijl voor. 
Dit leeuwachtige figuur met grote ogen en uitgesproken tanden is geïnspireerd op beschermgeesten uit de Balinese cultuur en staat symbool voor kracht en bescherming.

Het tweede object is een gestileerde vogelkop of mythisch dier, gekenmerkt door een langgerekte vorm, grote ronde ogen en een decoratief geschilderd schubmotief. De vormgeving is meer abstract en folkloristisch.

Beide objecten zijn vervaardigd als wanddecoratie en tonen duidelijke invloeden uit de traditionele Balinese kunst, maar zijn decoratief van aard (geen ritueel gebruik).

Goede gebruikte staat
Normale gebruikssporen en lichte slijtage
Achterzijde ruw afgewerkt (typisch voor dit type).
