With the dust jacket unclipped present, showing the correct original price of 6/-.
Illustrated by Leslie Stead with eight full-colour, full-page illustrations and further black and white smaller illustrations in text.
Hardcover. Bound in publisher's original blue cloth binding. With unclipped dust jacket with decoration in colour by the artist. Dust jacket with some lacks, a tear and slightly shelf worn by extremities, but still bright and in good shape.
Boards underneath very good, corners straight, covers and spine extremities with no bumpings.
Binding and hinges very good.
Interior very good, with no markings. Light age toning and very few spotting indeed. Old bookstore sticker pastedown to lower edge back endpapers. Page edges fore very slightly soiled.
