Germany - Military accessories

Offered: a very complete and authentic German/Swiss Einheitslaterne (standard military lantern). This type of lantern was the backbone of field lighting and was designed for multifunctional use under tough conditions.

This set is particularly extensive and is in a beautiful, used vintage condition with a lovely patina that suits its age and military character.

The set consists of:

The main lantern: Equipped with sliding panels for dimming and a glass front.

Original transport case: In the classic army green colour, including the original contents list/instruction sticker on the inside of the lid.

Insert pieces & burners: Various fuel reservoirs and holders for different lighting sources (candle/oil/acetylene).

Set colour filters: Four glass insert filters (Red, Green, Blue, Orange) for signaling and night vision. These filters are often missing, but here they are still present.

Spare parts: Various metal bushings and components as pictured.

Condition and remarks:

Visual: In good condition with normal signs of use and light surface corrosion, which contributes to the authentic look.

Technical: The lantern and accessories have not been tested for operation. All mechanical parts (sliders, case latch) nevertheless appear to function properly.

Authenticity: A wonderful item for collectors of militaria, vintage lighting, or industrial design.
