Description from the seller

Low-quality silver bracelet (243.49 g)

(area Tuareg-Berber of Fezzan). It is made of low-quality silver with a solid, wide band and geometric incised decorations. The oblique engravings with star motifs and hatch marks are typical of Saharan jewelry, often associated with protective and ornamental symbolism. Period: around the mid-20th century. It functioned as a personal adornment and sometimes as a small informal exchange good within nomadic communities. Sobriety in style but authentic, with signs of wear that give it character.

Beautiful antique patina and interior decorations inside the engravings and signs of use.
