Saint Archangel Michael is the chief archangel, the chief guardian of the kingdom of heaven and the chief guardian of God's law. Archangel Michael protects the home, guards against evil spirits, magic and spells, protects against visible and invisible threats, gives confidence and strength to make important decisions, protects the sleeping, a strong healer and giver of strength in sadness, overcomes diseases, etc. He helps in need and in prayer, bringing help to both believers and atheists! In Orthodoxy, he is also considered the patron saint of the military, builders and construction.
