Antique French cast-iron jardinière – ca. 1900 – 59.5 cm – 10 kg
Wonderful and heavy antique cast-iron jardinière from France, executed in an elegant classical style. This decorative object combines robustness with refined ornamentation and forms a timeless showpiece for both indoors and outdoors.

This jardinière features an elegant outward-curving form and sits on an integrated base, providing a stable and graceful appearance. The top edge is adorned with a richly decorated rim with repeating relief motifs, giving the piece a refined and artisanal look.
At the front there is a decorative garland (floral festoon) in relief, a classic decorative element symbolizing elegance and abundance. This ornament lends the object a stately and timeless appearance.
At the bottom the casting number 5022 is visible. This is an original pattern or mold number, as is customary for cast-iron objects from this period, referring to the design within the foundry’s production.
