Iron painted bed from the late 19th century (c. 1850–1900) made in Italy and signed by Cav. Nicola De Risi Bari, transformable from single to double with two headboards, dimensions: height 180 cm, single width 82 cm, double width 164 cm, length 185 cm (210 cm with extension); hand-painted floral decor with gilded friezes, in good condition with age-related signs and light oxidation, set of two objects.

An authentic masterpiece of Italian cabinetmaking and decoration from the late 19th century, signed Cav. Nicola De Risi Bari, a famous Apulian craftsman renowned for his extraordinary works in wood and painted iron.
This antique bed, convertible from single to double, is a rare testament to elegance and artisanal mastery.
The headboards feature refined floral decorations, gilded friezes, and hand-painted scenes of putti, framed by walnut rootwood inlays and structured in glossy black-painted iron with turned and worked details.
