Herda - Table lamp - Brass - Two table lamps

A splendidly chic classic set of Herda column desk lamps / table lamps in high-quality glossy brass, from the 1970s.

Beautifully designed with many lovely details, such as the very deeply fluted column and the sturdy foot and elegant capital. Both lamps are numbered in the cast-iron weighted base.

Completed with matching faux-leather lampshades with a gold interior for warm light diffusion. The lampshades are in new condition!

These lamps were produced at the Herda Lighting Atelier in Amsterdam (Herda 1946-1997), where high-quality lighting was designed by various Dutch top designers and handmade. The name Herda originated from the combination of the founders; Mr. Herwerden (HER) and the three Daniëls brothers (DA). Their iconic lighting has now grown into coveted collector items. Internationally highly sought after.

The lamps are in very nice condition with a beautifully refined patina gained over time.
