Beautiful and authentic Indian bronze horse on wheels, traditionally hand-cast and richly provided with decorative details.
The horse is equipped with a saddle and harness with geometric and floral motifs, and stands on four characteristic disc-shaped wheels.

Such objects were used in India as ritual or votive gifts, and also occur as miniature temple chariots or symbolic toys with religious meaning.
The sturdy, compact form and the artisanal casting give the piece a powerful, archaic appearance.

The surface shows a beautiful, natural patina with green and brown tints, fitting to the age and the material.
