Charming small crystal-paste dish from the Daum house, part of the delicate Jonquille collection, inspired by the floral world so dear to the Nancy-based manufacture. The piece features a carved design of vertical foliage in a bright green, rhythmically set on the front by a raised daffodil motif in nuanced amber-yellow tones, whose satin finish finely reproduces the natural suppleness of the petals.

The contrast between the fresh botanical upper part and the sober, darker base gives the overall piece a particularly captivating decorative presence. With its small size, its chromatic intensity, and the softness of its material, this creation evokes a precious display object, at once refined, poetic, and very representative of Daum’s expertise in working with crystal paste.
