Excellent and sought-after fountain pen from the prestigious American firm Wahl Eversharp, manufactured in the United States during the 1920s. A piece that stands out for its technical refinement and the timeless appeal of the materials from the 'Golden Age' of writing.
Technical Details and Features:
Material: Made from high-quality striped ebonite (Woodgrain or Rosewood ebonite), imitating natural wood grain in reddish tones and deep blacks. Retains excellent shine and a very striking top engraving in the cap finial of the “daisy” type.
Nib: Original solid 14-karat gold nib, engraved with the inscription "WAHL 2".
Details: Classic gold-plated ball clip with the brand inscription clearly defined, accompanied by a double band on the cap. Features the crisp "MADE IN U.S.A." engraving on the body.
Condition: In very good vintage aesthetic condition, with minimal signs of use and excellent preservation of the ebonite color, with no severe light-induced discoloration.
