Very large centerpiece, catch-all tray (vide-poches) from 1900, Jugendstil, in silvered pewter, depicting a female figure, a small fairy standing among water lilies, a bird in her hands.
This dish is in very good condition, with only minimal loss of silvering on the top.

Maker's mark on the underside, 'pewter 95%' and initials CB (Cailar-Bayard?).
