A rare 17th‑century light‑green slag glass from Germany with air inclusions, a flared unevenly spun foot, a hollow stem with two rows of four staggered berry bosses, a knifed thread at the drum‑shaped crown, height 19.5 cm and width 6.5 cm, in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, dating to around 1700.

A rarer Roman, Northern German or Dutch piece from the 17th century. Pale green streaked glass with air inclusions, with sharp break, a flared, unevenly spun foot. On the upward-opening hollow stem there are two rows of four alternately arranged berry-like knobs. At the junction of the barrel-shaped dome runs a surrounding, pinched thread. The glass is blown slightly off-center. Vgf. Dexel, utility glass. Fig. 98 and 101.
