Relief, Bas relief baroque anges - 60 cm - Plaster - 1960

Bas-relief consisting of a plaster-staff cast of small angels in Baroque or Florentine style, dating from the 1960s. The little angels were made from a mixture of Paris plaster and stone powder in duos and trios from single-use molds, then inserted into clay to form the relief. The relief was fixed to a board to ensure solidity during a restoration in 2012.

Very fine workmanship.
A fairly imposing piece weighing 3.8 kg, 60 cm long by 15 cm high.
