Description from the seller

You are bidding on an iconic poster from the mid 1930’s: Fap'Anis color lithograph advertising wall poster from Paris by artist Henri Delval (1901 - 1959). Delightful bright colors and featured flapper in a bright orange feather dress with a black lace fan in one hand and a glass of the liquor advertised in a coupe glass in the other. See lower right corner to note the Paris address. A beautiful talking piece to add some colorful history to your interiors.
Excerpts from Christie's Auction House:

Henri Delval (1901 - 1959) was a French Impressionist and Modern artist. Delval's work has been offered at auction multiple times. Since 2014 the record price for this artist at auction is 14,830 USD for GRAND PRIX AUTOMOBILE DE NICE, sold at Christie's South Kensington in 2014.

Condition and patina consistent with age.
The poster was stored rolled for a long period of time and the paper is not perfectly flat and has some « wave » that easily disappear if linen backed or simply flatten.
Dimensions : Approx. overall 127cm high x 168cm wide.
Considering the size and value of this piece, it will be shipped insured and in rigid tube by express service like UPS.
No tax or duties within EU.
