Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
A Sallander clock from circa 1970–1980 with a wooden case and brass fittings, 55 cm high, 24 cm wide and 18 cm deep, running but with the striking mechanism missing parts so the strike does not operate.
Description from the seller
Beautiful Sallander clock with a nicely painted dial.
The fine mahogany-colored cabinet still looks good.
A pendulum with a rider in the case.
The clock runs well, but the striking mechanism does not work (missing parts).
It is a sensitive timepiece to get ticking well.
Here it works excellently, but it took some time to get it ticking properly.
On top of the clock, 3 copper ornaments.
Nice copper weights on the chains.
The chain of the striking mechanism has been fixed because the strike does not work!
Height 55 cm
Width 24 cm
Depth 18 cm
Photos are part of the description. The clock I am offering here has been extensively tested and ticking when taken off the wall.
Unfortunately, during transport (rough handling of the box, or being thrown by the carrier) an irregularity can occur.
Timepieces are delicate (e.g., anchor and pendulum drive).
Will be well packed for shipping, but can also be picked up in Zoetermeer.
