A beautiful and extremely rare accreditation plate from the 1983 E3 Harelbeke. It was won by Win Tackaert. As was usual for Belgian races back then, it's made of reinforced cardboard. The size is 39cm x 26cm, the condition good in light of its age. It features the iconic Het Lastste Nieuws and Sport80 logos, and is a very, very nice piece of cycling memorabilia.
