Condition:
An old repaired crack under chin rest
Description:
Good quality straight high grained spruce was chosen for the top. One piece back of beautiful flamed maple. Matched sides, neck and scroll. Good ebony set up, old master made bridge stamped Jeandel Aubert, new strings, the violin is ready to play. The whole length of the violin is 593 mm and the back 359 mm. The width of the upper bouts: 170 mm; middle bouts: 120 mm; lower bouts: 210 mm. Full size.
The sound is very deep, rich, powerful, suitable for soloist.
