A full-size master violin labelled Gaetano Antoniazzi, dated 1895, crafted in wood and currently tested and working.

Up for auction is a nice full size master violin for professional musician or collector. The label says: Gaetano Antoniazzi fece Milano 1895. This is a superb sounding instrument, also very beautiful in appearance.
The softly flamed two pieces maple back measures 358 mm. The total length of the violin is 590 mm. The width of the upper bouts: 168 mm; middle bouts: 114 mm; lower bouts: 211 mm. Full size. Straight high grained spruce top, golden brown reddish varnish with some tears and wears. This violin is in a good used condition, with no cracks, good ebony set up, new bridge and new strings. Beautiful model with a very elegant natural amber patina, very high quality of woods, perfect details all over. The sound is very powerful, deep, mellow and rich.
