Description from the seller

Precious Limoges Porcelain Plate – Cobalt Blue and 22K Gold – Signed A. T. Heritage – Mid 20th Century

Elegant ornamental dish in fine Limoges porcelain (France), produced by the Legle manufacture in collaboration with the decorator Lebouc. This is a very luxurious object, characterized by complex artistic workmanship and precious materials.

Artistic Details
Central Scene: A magnificent still life signed at the bottom right "A. T. Heritage". It depicts a composition of plums, strawberries and cherries with a painting technique reminiscent of eighteenth-century masters. The softly blended green and ochre background gives exceptional depth to the scene.

Cobalt Blue: The rim is decorated with a broad band of deep cobalt blue, laid impeccably to set off the decorated heart of the plate.

22 Carat Gold: The shaped edge features a rich border in 22K gold worked with bas-relief Baroque motifs. The mark on the back confirms the use of "OR Veritable 22 C" (True 22K Gold).

Mark and Authenticity
On the back there are several guarantee marks:
- The classic green mark "Limoges France".
- The blue seal of the manufacture "Porcelaine Legle / Lebouc".
- The specification of the gilding in 22 carats.
