This is an antique jardinière (flower box) in richly decorated metal, probably bronze or brass.

Description
Shape: Oval and fairly low, typical for a table or windowsill piece
Material: Cast and wrought metal (probably brass/bronze), with a warm gold-colored patina
Decoration:
Around a bas-relief of roses and leaves – very detailed and classically styled
Upper edge with a finely engraved decorative band
Handles: On both sides elegant, hanging ring handles
Feet: Stands on four graceful feet (claw or leaf motif), giving the piece a chic appearance
Interior: Shows signs of use and oxidation, indicating age and effective use with plants or water

This type of jardinière is typical of the late 19th – early 20th century (ca. 1880–1920), often inspired by Louis XVI / Neoclassical style or light Art Nouveau through the floral motifs.
