Charming pair of Pirates (The Good and The Bad)

Iconic hand-painted wooden anthropomorphic bottle holders, of Spanish origin, called the "Pirate Pair".

In excellent condition with very slight signs of wear. (See photos which are an integral part)

The carved wooden display boxes, intact in the wood, have nonetheless been treated with anti-woodworm products and wood preservatives, and then waxed with carnauba wax, hardware in place.

The bad pirate, distinguished by the eyepatch, the hook in place of the left hand, and the sword.
Closure with a magnet and metal hinges, and measures 43.8x14.5x13.8 cm. Weight 1060 g.

The good pirate, distinguished by the cheerful face from the wine drunk, the glass in hand, and seated on a barrel.
Closure with a metal hook and metal hinges, and measures 43.5x15.5x13.5 cm. Weight 1000 g.
