Drinking service (5) - Uranium glass

This set of five glasses is made of uranium glass, recognizable by the soft greenish-yellow tint that glows beautifully under UV light. Uranium glass was especially popular in the first half of the 20th century and was used in creations by renowned glassmakers such as Val Saint Lambert, Scailmont and Verreries Doyen, among others. A special and well-preserved set that makes a wonderful addition for any enthusiast or collector of historic glassware. The glasses are made in the style of Peter Behrens.
