Beautiful compact three-trunk Berberis thunbergii for the enthusiast of small and uncommon bonsai.
The tree was grown from seed and has been in training for about 10 years.
The leaves turn a nice light green and have small pale yellow flowers. In autumn there are bright red berries.
The pot is lavender blue, bought at Bonsai Plaza at the time and is of very good Japanese quality.
The last repotting was done last year.
