In parchment with a manuscript title on the back. Frontispiece in facsimile, minor blemishes on the first 25 leaves with partial loss of text in the lower corner and fading. Initials and woodcut ornaments; old manuscript notes at the colophon. The author is the preacher Silvestro Mazzolini (c. 1456–1523).
