Four beaded ropes of natural materials comprising two bone-bead ropes and two coconut-disc ropes from mid‑20th century Africa; the bone beads (approx. 80 total) show black batik decorations and come from Kenya, the coconut discs from Nigeria, with provenance dating to the late 1990s and the lot in good, original condition without a stand.

4 ropes of different beads of natural materials. Two ropes with in total 80 bone beads, also called "camelteeth" because of their decorations in black batik. Handmade in Kenia/Tanzania.
And 2 ropes of coconut-discs from Nigeria. These ropes are 36 cm long (half size). Nowadays rare to find.
Collected in these countries in the late 1990`s.
