The bold colours carry immediate presence within themselves, almost as if they extend the space and draw the viewer in. Above them dance fine lines, restless and free, like thoughts finding their way without being bound.

In this interplay something surprising emerges: despite all the dynamism, there is a certain balance. It is not chaos, but a living dialogue – between calm and movement, surface and gesture, control and letting go. The picture reminds us that life does not stand still, but continually forms and unfolds anew.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colours, shapes and thoughts. From early years I was fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting. My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I deal primarily with feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. I aim to make visible what cannot be spoken – emotions, moods and interspaces that are often only expressible in colour and movement. I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process where authenticity and depth are at the heart. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inside and outward at once.

For a painting measuring 160 x 130 cm you need a cradle frame sized 150 x 120 cm with a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which is signed by the artist on the back and dated by year.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints were used on multiple layers of white-primed gallery canvas.

Likewise, a varnish was applied to protect the work.

This work is hand-made and therefore unique!
