German violin labeled Antonius Stradivarius, around 80 years old and made in Germany; a wooden instrument in good condition with minor tears and no cracks, tested and playable, overall length 590 mm, back 357 mm, upper bout 167 mm, middle 114 mm, lower 206 mm, weight 0.5 kg.

You are bidding on around 80 years old German violin, labeled "copy of Antonius Stradivarius Faciebat Cremona 1713 made in Germany". The instrument is in good condition with some minor tears, wears but no cracks.
The violin has an excellent high to medium grained spruce of the top and two pieces back of softly flamed maple with matched sides and scroll. The purfling is professionally executed and the edges are masterfully done. The whole length of the violin is 590 mm and the back 357 mm.
