Description from the seller
Elegant original color silk-screen print by the renowned Danish artist Robert Jacobsen, a master of 20th-century abstract sculpture. This work, titled 'Portalskulptur' (1991), is an excellent example of his sculptural language transposed to the two-dimensional medium.
The composition features structural, dynamic black shapes that intersect with geometric elements in vibrant primary colors (blue, red, and yellow) on a neutral gray background. The piece reflects the perfect balance between geometric rigor and the organic freedom typical of the artist's late period.
The work is hand-signed by the artist in pencil in the lower right corner and numbered on the left. Printed on high-quality paper with excellent color retention.
