Console table - Wood - wooden wall console

Atmospheric and stylish wall console from the 1930s/40s, made of solid wood with a warm, deep color and a beautiful visible grain pattern. This type of console was widely used in the interwar period as a decorative element in living rooms and halls, often intended for displaying a figurine, vase, or religious object.

The design is simple yet thoughtful. The rising back with a pointed, tapering top gives the piece a slender, almost architectural appearance. The semicircular top plate with subtly worked-out curves provides a soft contrast with the clean lines. This kind of form aligns with the transition from the more exuberant Art Deco to a simpler, more functional design in the 1930s.

The console is solidly built and shows craftsmanship. On the back there is a mounting point for wall installation.
