Nut cup in Art Nouveau style, cut crystal in smoked olive green, Val Saint Lambert Crystal Works, Belgium, 1900s, designed by Hubert Fourrage.
Elegant asymmetric oval shape typical of decorative pieces of the period: scalloped wavy rim, flat base for stability, deep cut decoration featuring radiating starburst and palmette motifs (fans) combined with diamonds and cross geometries, with a bright prismatic optical effect very characteristic of Val Saint Lambert crystal.
Intense translucent smoked olive green color with rich, luminous reflections; crisp, precise engravings typical of Belgian manufacture (multi-faceted cutting and careful polishing).
Note that nicks are present on the inner parts of the edges.
Unsigned, without label or visible mark, as with most pieces from the era.
Apart from the nicks, very good overall condition: no chips, cracks, or deep scratches.

Provenance: private Belgian collection, carefully preserved for several decades.
