Very well-preserved soup, salad, and pasta plates from the "Saphir" series, made in the Villeroy & Boch porcelain manufactory.

The very elegant "Saphir" series features cobalt blue and sapphire-colored decor, distinguished by a geometric pattern around the rim.
Very good when paired with solid-color dinnerware,

The collection was produced from the 1950s into the 1970s.
