Description from the seller

Golden Glass Whale – Contemporary Collector Glass Sculpture

This refined glass sculpture represents a strong contemporary collectible, combining sculptural clarity with material luxury and artistic precision. The form of the whale is reinterpreted into a modern, abstracted silhouette, emphasizing design, balance, and presence rather than literal depiction.

Handcrafted by Maciej Habrat, a Polish glass artist with over 20 years of experience, the work is created using the glass fusing technique. Layers of opal and transparent glass are enriched with fine inclusions of 24-carat gold, enhancing both visual depth and intrinsic material value. The gold elements are permanently embedded within the structure, contributing to the work’s unique luminosity and collectible character.

The composition is defined by clean lines and a strong horizontal flow, resulting in a piece that functions equally as a sculptural object and a design statement. Its surface interacts dynamically with light, revealing subtle variations that reinforce its uniqueness and handcrafted nature.

This is an individually executed artwork, signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, positioning it firmly within the field of contemporary collectible glass art.

Dimensions:
Height: 17 cm, Width: 37 cm, Depth: 6,6 cm

Packaging:
Presented in an elegant gift box.
Each piece is unique, personally signed by the artist, and includes a certificate of authenticity.
