Description from the seller
Two pieces of porcelain with the classic cobalt blue Zwiebelmuster (Blue Onion) pattern, produced by two manufactories.
The serving dish is made by Meissen porcelain, featuring the crossed swords mark on the front and on the underside.
It has a scalloped, Baroque-inspired rim and the detailed underglaze floral and fruit motifs of the pattern. The piece includes an incised mold number "כ 19" and a blue painter’s mark on the base.
The creamer was produced in Czechoslovakia by the Karlsbader porcelain manufactory in Dubí.
This piece is marked on the bottom with the crown over the letter "D," and the "Original Zwiebelmuster" branding.
Both items are made from high-quality porcelain with a crisp glaze that highlights the blue tones of the pattern.
Serving Dish: Height: 3.3 cm, Width: 19 cm, Depth: 14.5 cm.
Creamer: Height: 10 cm, Width: 11 cm, Depth: 7 cm.
The creamer is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The Meissen serving dish has one small chip on the edge, nothing serious, see the close-up photo. The decoration is crisp and they look great overall.
Please take a good look at the photos, which are an integral part of the description.
