Silver - Amulet - Hirz Yemen

Antique Yemeni Hirz from the Hadhramaut region. Very beautiful craftsmanship, quite rare, manually engraved with geometric motifs rising on a wire, ancient glass and metal beads (heavy) and two not-young corals!

The Hirz is a Quranic talisman; inside were placed some verses of the Quran.

This amulet has been tested with acid and is silver. Being not a professional in the field, I cannot guarantee the silver content.

It is an authentic traditional ethnic object and should be regarded as such.
It is a collectible item and can be worn on special occasions.

I have taken as many photos as possible to highlight the beauty that tastes of other times.
